At Cognitec (Livewire Franchise), we want every student to be confident in their decision to enroll. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are processed. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment.

1. Refund Eligibility Window

Refund eligibility depends on when you request the cancellation relative to your batch start date:

Note: The 10-25% deduction covers administrative costs, processing fees, materials issued, and seat-blocking opportunity cost.

To initiate a refund request, follow these steps:

  2. Include the following details: Full name, registered phone number, course enrolled, batch start date, payment receipt number, reason for cancellation
  3. Attach payment proof (receipt or transaction screenshot)
  4. Our team will review your request within 3 working days
  5. Upon approval, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 working days

Instead of cancelling, you may opt to transfer to a different batch at no extra cost, subject to availability. Batch transfers must be requested at least 3 days before the current batch start date. This is often a better alternative if you have scheduling conflicts.
